A beloved Texas college student is dead after an apparent reckless killing by a San Antonio police officer. Early Friday morning, Cpl. Christopher Carter pulled over University of the Incarnate Word senior Robert Cameron Redus. It appears a short struggle occurred between the two. Then, Carter pulled out his gun and "emptied" it into Redus.
