The 'Apology Tour' Lie Reexamined... Again

Tonight we watched a Republican candidate get schooled in a debate by an incumbent President. So badly in fact, that he started just mostly agreeing with that President to run the clock out and "pass the commander-in-chief composure test" as the GOP talking point seems to be. However, when Mitt Romney wasn't learning about nuclear submarines and that the Army does not have a Calvary anymore he tried to resort to what he has used this whole campaign. Lies.

Romney Flails on Pensions, AutoCorrects Himself on Blind Trust

In an effort to zing Obama on China, Romney is hit back by the President about the size of Mitt's pension. Romney also attempts to continue the meme that he has no control over his blind trust, yet video of Mitt Romney from years ago laughs at that idea from Mitt of today.

'Acts of Terror' Speech on Libya in Rose Garden

One of the most memorable moments from tonight's debate was Govenor Mitt Romney being fact checked by the moderator Candy Crowley as well as the President on Libya.
Romney's assertion that Obama did not call the attack in Benghazi an "act of terror" was so easily disputed with the transcript and the video of his Rose Garden speech the morning after the attack.

Presidential Debate #1: You Snooze, You Lose

I for one was shocked! Mitt Romney pulled through! He was such a good candidate...smilin' and lyin'. He made us conservatives proud. I can't wait to watch the next one and look forward to keepin' score again. There's so much excitement in the air...who will gaffe next, Biden or Romney? I'm so excited I might have a drink. Wait, Jesus won't like that. I'll have grape juice:)

The Undemocratic (Small D) 2012 Debates

Imagine going out to dinner in a restaurant that only served Coke and Pepsi to drink. What if the establishment had strict rules against the serving of coffee, tea, juice, water, milk, or any other beverage, and was the only restaurant in town? Wouldn't it be better to just find a new restaurant that offered multiple choices to customers? The same comparison can be made about the bland, exclusionary, corporate-sponsored presidential debates happening this month. You should ignore them, unless you're interested in hearing rehearsed sound bites instead of challenging questions.

CO Governor Hickenlooper Joined Planned Parenthood's 'Ask Mitt' Rally on Eve of Debate

Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, never one to identify himself too closely with controversial or partisan causes, gave a short speech defending a woman's right to choose Tuesday afternoon at a rally organized by Planned Parenthood ahead of Wednesday night's first presidential debate here.
A late addition to the slate of speakers at the group's "Ask Mitt" rally on the Auraria Campus, Hickenlooper criticized Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, who stated earlier this year that he wanted to "get rid of" Planned Parenthood.
