Shocker! Scalia's Poster Boy for Death Penalty Ruled Innocent, Set Free

This is just…wow. Justice Antonin Scalia’s death penalty poster case turns out to be based on a wrongful conviction. The man, Henry Lee McCollum, who spent 30 years on death row, turns out to be innocent. He was set free Tuesday. His half-brother, Leon Brown, was also set free.
