Video of SD63 DFL forum on constitutional amendments

This is video from the constitutional amendments forum I posted about last week. It was put on by the DFL of SD63, and included Rep. Keith Ellison, State Rep. Jean Wagenius, State Rep. Jim Davnie, State Sen. Patricia Torres Ray, and State Sen. Scott Dibble. There are some jumps where my old camera filled up memory cards (plus a switch to a phone) and where a speaker was inaudible. I'm the chair of SD63, and for this occasion I doubled as cameraman and video editor, not that I'm experienced at either, but I did my best.
