War Break: Obama Plays with Preschool Kids

President Obama spent some time playing with four-year-olds on the day he announced a plan pushing preschool for all. Early childhood education can be a big factor in a child's success and right now many families who are struggling to make ends meet don't have access to it. President Obama visited the Decatur Community Recreation Center in Decatur, Georgia to make his announcement.
