GOP Senate Leader McConnell In Afghanistan

Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky and newly elected senators arrive in Afghanistan to discuss on going operations in Regional Command South. After his visit, McConnell told reporters that he thinks the US will need to leave a small contingent of forces in Afghanistan to keep peace there. President Obama has called for most US troops to leave Afghanistan by the end of 2014. This is McConnell's seventh visit to Afghanistan.
