Bill Schuette's use of public resources put to good use in failed ACA nullification

No links. Y'all know the news. It's good to remember, at these times, that Bill Schuette signed on to what nearly every Constitutional scholar concluded at the outset was an attempt to use the courts what conservatives couldn't achieve through normal, appropriate political means (Congress) ... i.e. depriving the president of a legislative victory to hang re-election on.

Also, let's remember that benevolent overlord Rick Michigan wanted to get out ahead of the Supreme Court and establish a health care exchange here in Michigan, but he was blocked from doing that by the Republican leadership, who also didn't want to do anything that might have looked pro-Obama. Thanks to their important obstructionism, the Legislature is now compelled to do that.

Here's a, "Good going," all around.
